Using Webmail
If we host your email then you can check your messages on any computer that has an internet connection through our webmail service.
With webmail you can send, receive and forward emails and download attachments just as with your standard email.
To log into your webmail, you need to open a web browser and type in the following address:
webmail.mydomainname.co.uk
... where "mydomain.co.uk" is the part of your email address after the @ symbol.
For example, if your email is "john@johnsmith.com" you would need to type "webmail.johnsmith.com" into your browser.
When you see the above page, you simply need to enter your email address and password to access your webmail. If you can't find your password please contact us.
NOTE: If you are going to use our webmail system, please ensure that you input your name and email address into the Options, Personal Information section otherwise emails will not be sent correctly!
