From creating a brief with you through to final billing, we believe in an easy and transparent approach in everything we do. You already
know how much something is going to cost before you get in touch, so this is what happens once you do:
The first step is to come down to our showroom where one of our consultants will carry out a detailed Fact Find on you and your
business. From this we create a high-quality brief for our design team to make sure they produce exactly what you want.
Once we’ve got everything from you that we need to begin, your brief is allocated to a designer who will produce the first draft of
your designs for you to see. Because of the time we spend developing the brief with you we have an almost 100% success rate of
getting right (or almost right!) first time.
Once you have digitally signed off an item, the work will be printed and delivered to a local address of your choosing for free.
You can also opt to pick up your printed work from your local showroom.
Our payment terms are simple! For all projects we ask for a 25% deposit on order (so bring your cheque book if you’d like us to
start work straight away!) with the remainder due on delivery or completion of the project. We don’t offer credit terms - sorry!
